If you ordered over the internet and provided your email address, the UPS tracking information and delivery date will be sent to you by UPS.

Please note: If you will not be home on the scheduled delivery date please leave a note with instructions for the UPS delivery person as to where to leave it,( maybe at a neighbors house if you do not want to leave it outside). Because some drivers will leave at your front porch.

If they do not leave it UPS will only attempt to deliver it 3 times before shipping it back to us.

If your order is being shipped US Mail there are no tracking features available.

(not counting weekends and holidays). Normally orders are shipped the next day, but it can sometimes take 2 days for the tracking number to be entered into the system.
