HOW TO RETURN or EXCHANGE AN ITEM

Print this page and place inside box with all returns – Please use the back of this form and indicate exactly what you would like to exchange item(s) for or if you are returning for credit. Please include the name the order was shipped to.

Refund and Exchange Policy

1. Returned items may not used, washed, altered or damaged and must be suitable for resale.
2. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in the original bag or packaging for even exchange or full credit. Items returned with damaged packaging/boxes subject to a 15% restocking fee.
3. Items returned within 15 to 30 days or not in original bag or packaging are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Merchandise will not be accepted back after 30 days

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for getting the merchandise back to us and indicating the nature of the return.  You may use any method of return that you feel comfortable will get to us safely.  For most items on your first exchange we will wave additional shipping back to you (this can be more then one item but sent back together).  There are some exceptions and you will need to authorize the charge or send payment.
 

• Exchanges will be subject to a $7.00 return shipping fee (one fee includes multiple items).

• Bo Staffs of 60" or 72" in length will be subject to a $9.00 return shipping fee per Bo.

• Martial arts t-shirts (and sweatshirts etc.) may be exchanged for size only in the same style and image of shirt.  You must call first for an RGA# and a $5.90 return shipping fee applies.

• Heavy or larger items may be subject to additional shipping to be quoted at time of exchange.

• Additional returns on the same order may be subject to shipping charges.

• Exchanges are usually shipped out within 48 hours of receiving them at our warehouse.  Please allow 2 weeks for refunds to be issued.

• Returns will be credited back to the card it was charged on.  Credit will be for merchandise only.

If you have received an item that was damaged, defective or incorrect please call Monday - Friday during the hours of 9:15 am to 4:15 pm California time or email us. Please do not return the item without first contacting us. If merchandise is received damaged please save any boxes for possible inspection by UPS.

If you have any questions please call during regular office hours. All policies are subject to change without advanced notice.

Credits cannot be issued prior to receipt of merchandise.

Shipping

American Tigerstrike, Inc  ships to all of the United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Military Addresses and Canada.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Military addresses are shipped via the United States Postal Service and may incur additional shipping fees. We will contact you for authorization prior to processing your order if additional shipping costs are incurred.
It is important to note that U.S. Postal service packages are untraceable.

Orders shipping to Canada ship via UPS Standard and may incur additional shipping charges depending on the size and weight of the order.  We will contact you with a shipping quote if it varies from the stated charge.  Customers is responsible for all customs and brokerage fee's.

We do not ship to out of the USA to foreign addresses (except Canada). Nor can we accept foreign credit cards.


UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, If you have a P.O. Box listed as your ship to address it will be shipped via the United States Postal Service. (please note: this may delay the shipping time)

UPS Address Correction Fee

Please be sure that you provide us with the correct address for shipping your merchandise. If an address correction is necessary in order to deliver your package UPS will assess an address correction fee of $5.00 to the delivery. You agree to pay this fee if you incorrectly provide a wrong address or if you change the ship to address after your package is in transit. This charge will be billed separately to the credit card used for your purchase.

Refused or Returned Deliveries

As of January 2006 UPS now charges a shipping fee when a package must be returned to shipper. Orders that are refused by the customer or returned to our warehouse due to insufficient or incorrect addresses will be subject to return shipping costs. If any package cannot be delivered due to our error no additional shipping will apply.

Orders within the continental U.S. are sent via UPS Ground by default.
Orders shipped beyond that realm default to U.S. Postal Mail. 

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hrs. and shipped UPS Ground Excluding Weekends and Holidays.
However, we are required to ask that you wait 7-10 business days for delivery within the continental U.S.

By ordering, customers take full legal responsibility for all items ordered. This includes age, shipping and possession.

Books & Videos: Due to vendor requirements books and videos cannot be refunded. If your tape or book proves to be defective, you can exchange it for the same title.

Weapons are sold for training only under expert supervision, for demonstration of forms, collection, or display. Some weapons may be illegal in your area; user must research and follow state and local laws. American Tigerstrike, Inc  is not responsible for improper or illegal use or modification of its weapons. Weapons training requires: appropriate safe gear, including head, face, eye, and mouth protection and other guards and suitable for the particular weapon and techniques being practiced and a safe training environment set up to avoid injury to people or objects. To decrease chances of injury, user should respect weapon(s), inspect them before each use to insure they are in proper condition and not use them for sparring or contact. Weapons will not be sold to anyone under 18 years of age. American Tigerstrike, Inc  recommends that instructors limit children and beginners to the use of foam rubber and foam-covered practice weapons and/or wooden blades.

Training equipment and accessories; users should: consult physicians before beginning an exercise program; train only under the supervision of a qualified instructor who insures that equipment is in good condition and responsibly monitors students and drills; and know and respect their own limitations.

Sparring gear is intended to reduce the risk and severity of accidental injury to protected areas during supervised, no contact or light contact martial arts sparring. It is for martial arts sparring only and not for other more intense uses. (e.g., full contact sparring, boxing, bag work, weapons training, other sport activities or uses, etc.). It is only for use under the supervision of a skilled instructor who responsibly monitors techniques and intensity of sparring and assures that students are properly trained and physically conditioned. All sparring participants should wear full sets of equipment and not use old, modified, damaged or improperly fitted equipment.
